CIPP Pipelining

Extend the life of the entire length of pipeline with Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Lining. This method fully rehabilitates the pipeline, ensuring a long-lasting, cost-effective repair that avoids the high costs and disruptions of digging.

What is it?

Rehabilitating Pipeline without traditional excavation

Manhole-to-Manhole Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liners are similar to Sectional CIPP liners but are designed to cover the entire length of a pipeline. This repair method is typically used for pipelines with extensive damage or when excavation is not feasible. Like Sectional CIPP, Manhole-to-Manhole CIPP is a “no-dig” solution, making it an ideal option for restoring the operational capacity of aging systems with minimal disruption to the surface and surrounding community.

When a Sectional CIPP liner is not sufficient to address the issue, APS offers full-length CIPP lining, ranging from 6” to 108” in diameter. By installing a continuous liner from manhole to manhole, we restore the integrity of the entire pipeline, providing a durable, industry-approved solution for maintaining vital infrastructure.

Our Process

The CIPP Pipelining Process

APS is equipped to install CIPP liners ranging from 6” to over 108” in diameter and up to in various lengths. Using reliable, specially designed equipment, we employ advanced Steam and Water Inversion techniques to install and cure the liners quickly and efficiently. The entire process typically takes from less than 1 day for smaller diameter pipes and up to 2 days for larger diameter pipes, delivering a repair solution that provides long-lasting durability. Once installed, the CIPP liner can extend the life of the pipeline for over 50 years, offering a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for infrastructure restoration.

Benefits

Benefits of CIPP Pipelining

One of the key advantages of using Pipe Lining for pipeline repair, as opposed to traditional excavation, is the significant reduction in cost and disruption for residents and business owners. This minimally invasive, “no-dig” method eliminates the need for extensive digging, ensuring minimal impact to the surrounding community, including residents and customers.

In addition to reducing surface disruption, the pipe lining process is completed much faster than traditional dig-and-replace methods, saving both time and resources.
