FAQs

What is the life expectancy for a CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) liner and does APS provide warranties?

The life expectancy of CIPP liners is over 50 years and APS provides an industry standard, 1-year labor and material warranty.

APS can install CIPP liners in 6” to 84” diameter pipes.

Conditions change from project to project. If conditions do not allow chemical grouting and or infiltration is severe, well points may be required. However, we suggest scheduling an assessment to verify if Well Points may be required for your project.

For pipes 18 inch and below in diameter it should only take one full day for installation and curing. However, pipelines 24 inches in diameter and above can often take up to two days to complete. Pipe and work conditions may impact the timeline of CIPP liner projects.

CIPP Lining is a swift, cost-effective, and minimally invasive rehabilitation solution that restores the flow capacity of the pipeline and extends the life of the pipeline for over 50 years. In most scenarios, CIPP Lining costs about 50% less than a dig and replace process.

APS quickly responds to communities and contractors dealing with overflowing lift stations, backups in sanitary sewer systems (non-residential), and stormwater pipeline blockages and other emergency needs. Our teams evaluate the urgency and respond as quickly as possible.

APS collaborates with communities and contractors to implement proactive maintenance programs that ensure systems remain operational and minor issues are identified and resolved before they escalate. By prioritizing regular maintenance, we help preserve the integrity of underground infrastructure and minimize long-term rehabilitation costs by addressing problems promptly.

APS believes it is essential to be proactive about hurricane preparedness within your community. We recommend scheduling routine maintenance and not waiting until a storm is arriving to schedule service.

Historical data is always helpful. In a case like this, APS will conduct thorough investigations, create a budget friendly tactical plan, and complete a survey of your infrastructure upon work completion which can be used for future projects and ongoing maintenance.

In most cases, dips and depressions are caused by issues within underground pipeline systems. Communities that are proactive about their pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation can identify defects early and limit costly and disruptive excavations. If you spot a depression, contact us immediately to investigate.

Yes! In fact, APS partners with some of the region’s largest property management groups and is committed to delivering prompt, efficient, and reliable solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and budgetary restrictions of mobile home park communities

If your community is facing unexpected increases in water processing costs, it may indicate excessive groundwater infiltration into your sewer system, which raises the volume of water being treated. APS can conduct a proactive internal investigation to identify areas of infiltration, offering cost-effective repair solutions that address the issue at its source.
